Some items in shop are ready to ship, while others might take several weeks to process before shipping out. Thanks in advance for your patience and I promise the quality will be worth the wait.

  • Out of stock items
If an item that you wish to purchase is out of stock, email THEBBTEE@GMAIL.COM to be put on a waiting list. If you are wait-listed during a sale, we will honor the sale price when items are restocked. 

 

  • Returns
We currently do not offer returns. For this reason, please make sure to read the details in each product description for sizing info, or email thebbtee@gmail.com with any sizing questions before purchase.

  • Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange due to defective product, contact us at thebbtee@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping
Shipping charges are auto-calculated based on the order's weight instead of a flat rate. We do this so we can ship items out separately as they become available.
